7. שינוי בבקשה
מבקש ידווח לאגף בכתב, לאלתר, על כל שינוי בנתוני בקשה שהוגשה וטרם ניתנה החלטה לגביה; הודעה על שינוי פרטים או על שינוי בנתוני הבקשה לאחר מתן החלטה בבקשה ידווחו לרשות בתוך 30 ימים ממועד השינוי.
