1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אגף“ – אגף הפיקוח על היצוא הביטחוני במשרד הביטחון;
”אתר האינטרנט“ – אתר האינטרנט של משרד הביטחון;
”בקשה“ – בקשה לרישום במרשם, וכן בקשה לשינוי פרטי הרישום במרשם, לרבות מסמכים המצורפים לבקשה;
”טופס“ – כל אחד מהטפסים המופיעים באתר האינטרנט, לפי העניין;
”מבקש“ – מי שהגיש בקשה;
”מרשם“ – מרשם היצוא הביטחוני כמשמעותו בסעיף 3 לחוק.
