יצוא ביטחוני מכוח הסכם בין מדינת ישראל למדינה אחרת בהיקף של למעלה ממאתיים מיליון שקלים חדשים יובא לאישור ועדת משנה של ועדת השרים לביטחון לאומי כאמור בסעיף 47(ג) לחוק.
