2. מתן אזהרה
מתן האזהרה ייעשה במסירתה למוזהר עצמו בעת הימצאו במוסד הרפואי, ככל שהדבר אפשרי, או במשלוח האזהרה בדואר רשום למוזהר למען הידוע ככתובת מגוריו או כתובת מקום עבודתו.
