1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”גז דו־חנקן חמצני“ (N2O) – הגז המכונה גז הצחוק;
”המנהל“ – המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות או מי שהסמיכו בכתב לענין תקנות אלה;
”ייצור“ – לרבות אריזה;
”שיווק“ – מכירה או העברה בכל דרך מדרכי העברה, בין בתמורה ובין שלא בתמורה;
”תווית“ – תווית אזהרה כמתואר בתוספת הראשונה או תווית אחרת שאישר המנהל.
