4. התניות בהיתר
המנהל רשאי להתנות את מתן ההיתר או חידושו בתנאים ולהוסיף עליהם בכל עת כמפורט להלן:
(1)קביעת סוג האריזה, איכותה, צורתה ובטיחותה;
(2)הגבלת שיווק מטעמי הגנה על בריאותו של הציבור;
(3)עריכת בקרה לאחר מתן ההיתר, לפי כללים שעליהם הורה המנהל;
(4)כל קביעה הנוגעת לשימוש נכון ובטוח בגז.
