7. איסור שיווק
המנהל רשאי לאסור שיווק של הגז גם לאחר מתן היתר בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)בבדיקה נתגלה כי אין מתקיימים בגז התנאים שפורטו בתקנה 3(א);
(2)סוג האריזה, סימונה, צורתה, איכותה או בטיחותה מטעים או לקויים.
