12ב. כמות נחרגת ותשלום מיוחד
תיקון: תש״ע־2
אין בקביעתם של תעריפים לכמות נחרגת בכללים אלה, משום היתר למקורות או לכל אדם אחר, להפיק, לספק או לצרוך מים מעבר לכמות המוקצית לו, לפי העניין, או לגרוע מסמכויות מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לפי סעיפים 124א ו־124ד לחוק.
