6. התחשבנות בין מקורות והצרכן
תיקון: תשס״ז
(א)צרכן חייב לשלם למקורות את מחיר המים בהתאם לתעריפים הנקובים בכללים אלה, בהתאם לחשבון שיוגש לו מאת מקורות.
(ב)בתים כל שנה תגיש מקורות לצרכן חשבון בעד כמות מים נחרגת, אם היתה כזאת, בהתאם לתעריפים הנקובים בכללים אלה; מקורות רשאית להגיש חשבון כאמור גם לפני תום שנה, בתום כל חודש או בתום כל חלק מן השנה, אם נוכחה בצריכה של כמות מים נחרגת.
