8ב. תעריף למים מוחדרים
תיקון: תשע״ח־5
מקורות תשלם למחדיר בעד כל כמות מוחדרת שהפיקה, את הסכום הנמוך מבין שני אלה:
(1)עלות כפי שתחושב לפי סעיף 5 לכללי שירותי תשתית בהתאמות ובשינויים האלה:
(א)מקדם החזר ההון יעמוד על השיעור לפי סעיף קטן (ב) כשהוא מוכפל ב־1.4;
(ב)תקופת הקיים בשנים תעמוד על 20 שנה;
(2)2 ש״ח למ״ק.
