Section 2 of תקנות ארגון הפיקוח על העבודה (מועצת המוסד לבטיחות וגיהות), תשכ״ג–1963, הפסקת חברות במועצה.
2. הפסקת חברות במועצה
כהונתו של חבר המועצה תיפסק אם חל בו אחד מאלה:
(1)התפטר על ידי מסירת הודעה בכתב ליושב ראש;
(2)עבר עבירה פלילית שיש בה קלון;
(3)נמצא פסול־דין;
(4)נעדר משלוש ישיבות רצופות של המועצה ולדעת היושב ראש לא היתה סיבה סבירה להיעדרו;
(5)חדל לייצג את העובדים או המעבידים אשר, בהתייעצות עם ארגונם, מונה כנציגם במועצה, והדבר הובא בכתב לידיעת היושב ראש;
(6)היה לעובד המוסד.
