6. הזמנות
(א)הזמנה לישיבת המועצה תפרט את סדר היום שלה והיא תימסר לחברי המועצה לפחות 14 יום לפני המועד שנקבע לישיבה.
(ב)הזמנה לישיבה דחופה וכן הודעה על ביטול ישיבה, דחייתה או הקדמתה, מותר למסור בדרך הנראית ליושב הראש כיעילה, ובלבד שהודעה על ישיבה דחופה, דחיית ישיבה או הקדמתה, שנמסרה כאמור תאפשר למוזמן להשתתף בישיבה.
(ג)ישיבת המועצה תהא כדין גם אם הזמנה שנשלחה בעוד מועד לפי מען חברי המועצה לא הגיעה לידי חבר מחבריה.
