2. קשר בין ועדת בטיחות ובין ועד עובדים ומועצת ייצור
בין נציגי העובדים יהיה אחד שהוא חבר ועד העובדים, ואם יש במפעל מועצת ייצור, גם אחד שהוא נציג העובדים במועצה; חבר ועד עובדים שנתמנה נציג כאמור, לא יטיל עליו ועד העובדים תפקיד קבוע אחר.
