4. סגולות חברי ועדת בטיחות ונאמנים
במינוים או בבחירתם של חברי ועדת בטיחות ונאמנים יש להתחשב בסגולות אלה:
(1)ותק במפעל ובמקצוע;
(2)עירנות והבנה לבטיחות בעבודה.
