תיקון: תשע״ו־2
לגבי כל חודש, עלות האנרגיה החודשית המוכרת בעד הפקה והולכה של מים באזורים מנותקים שווה למכפלת המחיר לקילוואט שעה בכמות המים שמקורות מכרה בכל אזור מנותק ובאנרגיה למ״ק הקבועה לאותו אזור בתוספת חמישית א׳, ובמקדם ההתייעלות.
