97. אישור ביצוע [צ״ל: תחילת עבודה] לפרויקטים דחופים
תיקון: תשע״ז־2, תשפ״ו
מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי לתת אישור תחילת עבודה לפרויקטים שביצועם יחל בשנה שבה ניתן אישור תחילת העבודה, ושלא נכללו בתכנית הפיתוח התלת־שנתית, ובלבד שסך כל אישורי תחילת העבודה כאמור שיינתנו בשנה כלשהי לא יעלה על העתודה לפרויקטים נוספים.
