10. מספר מקבצי הפרסומת
בעל רישיון לא ישדר יותר מעשרה מקבצי פרסומת בכל שעת שידור; שודרו תכניות דרמה או סרטים בשיעור העולה על מחצית משעת השידור, יהא בעל הרישיון רשאי, על אף האמור לעיל, לשדר לא יותר משמונה מקבצי פרסומת לשעת שידור כאמור.
