42. אלימות ופניה לרגש הפחד
בעל רישיון לא ישדר תשדיר פרסומת שיש בו אלימות יתירה או פניה אל רגש הפחד, אלא אם כן קיים ענין ציבורי מובהק בכך, במידה המתחייבת ובכפוף להוראות כל דין.
