9. תעריפי קולחין לניצול מקומי

בעד מי קולחין לאספקה לניצול מקומי, ישלם ספק את התעריפים הנקובים בסעיף זה:
(1)בתקופת החורף – 0.021 שקלים חדשים למטר מעוקב;
(2)בתקופת הקיץ – 0.297 שקלים חדשים למטר מעוקב.
