מפיק יעביר למחדיר דיווח על כמויות המים שהפיק במכון המים; דיווח כאמור יועבר אחת לחודש, בשבוע הראשון שבו; הדיווח יכלול את סך כל הכמויות שהופקו ואת קריא מד המים.
