1. קביעת גופים אחרים לעניין עבודת שירות
גופים אחרים שבהם ניתן לבצע עבודה מחוץ לכותלי בית הסוהר, שהיא למטרות של תועלת הציבור, כאמור בהגדרה ”עבודת שירות“ שבסעיף 51א לחוק הם כלהלן:
(1)מגן דוד אדום;
(2)תחנות משטרה ומשמר הגבול;
(3)בסיסים צבאיים של צבא ההגנה לישראל;
(4)שירות בתי הסוהר.
