תיקון: תשכ״ד
פנקס האימוצים יהיה בצורת גליונות נייר שגדלם ייקבע על ידי מנהל בתי המשפט, גליון נפרד לכל מאומץ, שייאספו בעוקדן ורשאי המנהל להורות שמספר פלוני של גליונות רשומים ייכרכו בכריכת קבע.
