2. גמול והחזר הוצאות לחבר מועצת הקרן, ועדת ההשקעות או ועדת האיתור
חבר יהיה זכאי לתשלום גמול והחזר הוצאות על השתתפותו בישיבה, ובכלל זה החזר הוצאות נסיעה, והכול בהתאם להוראות החשב הכללי.
