1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”צו הפעלה“ – צו להפעלת מאסר על תנאי כאמור בסעיף 55 לחוק;
”צו הארכה“ – צו להארכת תקופת התנאי כאמור בסעיף 56 לחוק;
”עבירה נוספת“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 52 לחוק.
