4. תנאים כלליים לביצוע הינתקות
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשפ״ה
(א)בעל דירה הרוצה לנתק דירתו ממערכת מרכזית חייב למסור הודעה על כך, בנוסח שבתוספת, לנציגות הבית המשותף, 15 ימים לפחות לפני ביצוע ההינתקות.
