בכל ישיבה של ועדת הבחירה ייערך פרוטוקול אשר ישקף את עיקרי הדברים שנאמרו, לרבות שמות המועמדים שעניינם נדון, תוצאות ההצבעה לגביהם והחלטותיה של הוועדה; נדון עניין אישי של מועמד, יירשמו עיקרי הדברים בלי לפרטם.
