3. המצאת פסקי דין
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)שופט של בית משפט שלום או שופט תעבורה, המבקש להתמנות שופט של בית משפט מחוזי, ושופט של בית דין אזורי לעבודה המבקש להתמנות לשופט בית הדין הארצי לעבודה, ימציא לבחירת המנהל כעשרה פסקי דין שנתן במהלך כהונתו.
(ב)המנהל יעביר עותקים של פסקי הדין והפרסומים לעיונם של חברי ועדת הבחירה שהם שופטים ולכל חבר הועדה אחר שביקש זאת.
