12. פרוטוקול דיוני הוועדה
בכל ישיבה של הוועדה ייערך פרוטוקול אשר ישקף את עיקרי הדברים שנאמרו, לרבות שמות המועמדים שעניינם נדון, תוצאות ההצבעה לגביהם והחלטותיה של הוועדה; הרישום יכול להיעשות על ידי הפניה למסמך אחר.
