15. בדיקות רפואיות
לא יובא עניינו של מועמד, שעל מינויו הומלץ, לפני נשיא המדינה לשם מינויו, אלא לאחר שהמועמד עמד בבדיקת כושר רפואי כמשמעותה בסעיף 29(א) לחוק שירות המדינה (מינויים), התשי״ט–1959.
