3. המצאת מסמכים על ידי קאדי מד׳הב
קאדי מד׳הב אשר הוצעה מועמדותו לבית הדין הדתי הדרוזי לערעורים, בידי המוסמכים לכך, ישלח למזכיר בקשה בכתב המפרטת את הכשרתו, עשרה פסקי דין שכתב לאחרונה וכן כל עובדה הנראית לו קשורה למינויו.
