5. זימון מבקש לפני ועדת משנה
(א)ראה המזכיר כי נתקיימו במבקש תנאי הכשירות הקבועים בחוק, יזמן את המבקש להופיע לפני ועדת המשנה.
(ב)ועדת המשנה רשאית לשוב ולזמן את המבקש להופיע לפניה כל אימת שתמצא זאת לנכון.
(ג)מבקש שהוא קאדי מד׳הב יוזמן להופיע לפני ועדת המשנה רק אם דרש זאת מי שהוסמך על פי החוק להציע מועמדים או אם ביקש זאת המבקש בעצמו.
