2. הגשת תלונה
תלונה תוגש בנוסח הערוך לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת; טופס הגשת התלונה יעמוד לרשות הציבור גם באתר האינטרנט של הלשכה ובמשרדיה; במקרים מיוחדים רשאית ועדת האתיקה של הלשכה לטפל בתלונה אף אם לא הוגשה בנוסח כאמור.
