31. הזמנת עדים
אב בית הדין יזמין למועד הדיון את העדים שבית הדין ימצא לנכון להעיד או להזמינם להגיש מסמכים שברשותם, לפי בקשת בעלי הדין או מיוזמתו לפי סעיף 38.
