41. הצטרפות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה
הצטרף היועץ המשפטי לממשלה לדיון, הוא רשאי להביא את ראיותיו תוך כדי הבאת ראיות הקובל או תוך כדי הבאת ראיות הנקבל, כפי שיודיע לבית הדין, ובשלב שיורה בית הדין; היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי לחקור עדים בחקירה נגדית ולסכם לאחר הקובל ולפני הנקבל.
