75. מילוי מקום יושב ראש בית הדין
במקום שבו מסורה בכללים אלה ליושב ראש בית דין משמעתי סמכות לדון בעניין, הוא רשאי למנות חבר נשיאות בית הדין לדון בעניין במקומו; נעדר יושב הראש, יכריע בעניין הסגן הוותיק מבין סגניו; ואם הם בעלי ותק שווה – המבוגר מביניהם.
