לא יאוחר מהיום ה־21 לפני יום הבחירות תפרסם ועדת הבחירות את שמות המועמדים לתפקיד ראש הלשכה, את שמות המועמדים לתפקיד יושב ראש ועד מחוזי בכל מחוז, את רשימת המועמדים למועצה הארצית ולועדים המחוזיים, לרבות כינויי רשימות המועמדים, הכל כפי שאישרה אותם ועדת הבחירות.
