19. בחירת ראש הלשכה ללא קלפי או בקלפי
(א)אושרה מועמדותו של מועמד אחד בלבד לתפקיד ראש הלשכה, תכריז ועדת הבחירות לא יאוחר מהיום ה־10 לפני יום הבחירות על בחירתו של מועמד זה כראש הלשכה.
(ב)אושרה מועמדותם של שני מועמדים או יותר לתפקיד ראש הלשכה – יתקיימו הבחירות לתפקיד ראש הלשכה בקלפי.
