תיקון: תשע״ט
לפני תחילת ההצבעה יציג יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי לעיני הנוכחים בתחנה את הקלפי כשהיא פתוחה וריקה; אחר כך ינעל אותה במעמדם באופן שלא תהא ניתנת לפתיחה אלא בפתיחת המנעול.
