38. בחירות ליושב ראש ועד מחוזי
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)המועמד לתפקיד ראש ועד מחוזי שקיבל את מספר הקולות הרב ביותר הוא הנבחר ליושב ראש אותו ועד מחוזי.
(ב)לא קיבל מועמד מספר קולות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) או שמספר מועמדים לתפקיד ראש ועד מחוזי, במחוז מסוים, קיבלו מספר קולות זהה, יכהן כל אחד מהם כראש אותו ועד מחוזי לפי סדר כהונה ולתקופות כהונה שוות כפי שיקבע אותו ועד מחוזי בישיבתו הראשונה שלאחר הבחירות או בסמוך לכך.
