40. רשימות הקשורות בהסכם
תיקון: תשנ״א
(א)רשימות מועמדים שהתקשרו ביניהן בהסכם בדבר חלוקת המנדטים ייחשבו, לענין סעיף 39(א)(4) עד (6), כרשימה אחת בעלת מספר הקולות הכשרים שקיבלו יחד, ובעלת המנדטים שזכו בהם יחד, ובלבד שכל אחת מהן כשלעצמה קיבלה את שיעור הקולות האמור בסעיף 39(א)(2).
(ב)המנדטים שזכו בהם הרשימות הקשורות יחולקו ביניהן לפי שיטת החלוקה הקבועה בסעיף 39(א) לגבי חלוקת כל המנדטים בין כל הרשימות.
