54. התפטרות של מועמד שנבחר
תיקון: תשע״ט
(א)ראש הלשכה רשאי להתפטר בהגשת כתב התפטרות למועצה הארצית.
(ב)יושב ראש ועד מחוזי רשאי להתפטר בהגשת כתב התפטרות לראש הלשכה.
(ג)חבר במוסד ממוסדות הלשכה, רשאי להתפטר בהגשת כתב ההתפטרות ליושב ראש המוסד שממנו התפטר.
(ד)התפטרות תיכנס לתוקפה אחר תום 24 שעות מהגשת כתב ההתפטרות.
