תיקון: תשנ״א
התפטר יושב ראש ועד מחוזי, נפטר, או שנבצר ממנו דרך קבע, למלא את תפקידו ינהגו על פי האמור בסעיף 55, ולענין זה יבוא הוועד המחוזי במקום המועצה הארצית לכל דבר, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
