1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”ועדת אתיקה“ – ועדת אתיקה ארצית או ועדת אתיקה מחוזית, לפי העניין, כמשמעותה בסעיף 18ב לחוק;
”ועדת המינויים“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 18ד לחוק;
”ועדת המכרזים“ – ועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 5;
”פרקליט“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 18ג לחוק.
