4. היתר
(א)הלשכה רשאית להתיר לעורך דין שחל עליו איסור לפי כללים אלה, לייצג חברה או נושא משרה בה, או לתת להם ייעוץ משפטי, אם הדירקטוריון של אותה חברה החליט במליאתו לבקש מעורך הדין לעשות כן בענין מסויים שבתחום מומחיותו.
(ב)בקשה להיתר יכול שתוגש לאחד משניים אלה:
(1)הועד המרכזי;
(2)הועד המחוזי של המחוז שבו המבקש חבר.
