1. רישום דירות
ברישום דירות מגורים בבנין הכולל לא פחות משמונה יחידות, שנרכשו מקבלן ושמחירן אינו עולה על 250,000 לירות, ייקבע תעריף מקסימלי לשכר טרחה בעד סוגי שירותים אלה:
(1)רישום פעולות מכר, מכר ללא תמורה, חליפין, חכירה וחכירת משנה;
(2)בדיקת החוזה ובדיקת הפעולות לרישום הזכויות אגב ביצוע פעולות רישום כאמור בפסקה (1).
