1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”מבטח“ – כהגדרתו בחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (ביטוח), התשמ״א–1981;
”נפגע“ – מי שנפגע עקב מעשה או מחדל של עורך דין זר בנוגע לשירות משפטי בעניין דין זר שניתן, כולו או חלקו, בישראל;
”פיקדון“ – פיקדון כספי שמופקד בתאגיד בנקאי;
”תאגיד בנקאי“ – כהגדרתו בחוק הבנקאות (רישוי), התשמ״א–1981.
