תיקון: תשע״ה
בתקנות אלה –
”אתר האינטרנט“ – אתר האינטרנט של הרשם שכתובתו http://index.justice.gov.il/Units/RashamHamtavchim/Pages/default.aspx;
”בחינה“ – בחינה לקראת קבלת רשיון;
”מפקח“ – מי שמשגיח, מטעם הרשם, על הסדר במהלך הבחינה;
”רשיון“ – רשיון תיווך במקרקעין לפי החוק.
