13. אגרה שנתית
תיקון: תש״ס, תשס״ג
(א)האגרה השנתית כאמור בתקנה 12(א)(3), תשולם לא יאוחר מ־31 במרס של השנה.
(ב)לא שולמה האגרה השנתית במועד כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יחולו הוראות סעיף 18(ב) לחוק.
(ג)מקבל רישיון לראשונה פטור מתשלום אגרה שנתית בשנה שבה ניתן הרישיון.
