5. הגשת בקשה
תיקון: תשע״ט־2
(א)המבקש לגשת לבחינה ולקבל רישיון של מתווך במקרקעין, ככל שעבר אותה, יגיש על כך לרשם בקשה להיבחן ובקשה מותנית לקבלת רישיון, לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת; מבקש שאין ברשותו תעודת זהות יצרף את תצלום הדף הראשון בדרכון שלו; הבקשה תוגש 30 ימים לפחות לפני מועד הבחינה שפורסם לפי תקנה 3(1).
(ב)לשם מתן הרישיון יבדוק הרשם כי התקיימו במבקש התנאים לקבלת רישיון, לפי סעיף 5(א) לחוק.
