32. תום תוקף התעודה
תעודה שהונפקה לפי תקנה 21 או 23 תחדל להיות תקפה אם התקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)הבדיקות, לפי העניין, לא הושלמו בתוך התקופות המפורטות בפרק ג׳ סימן ב׳;
(2)בתעודה לא אומתה אחת הבדיקות השנתיות או בדיקת הביניים;
(3)עם העברת אנייה ישראלית לדגל זר.
